Before You Begin

This session is for people who are tired of processing with their minds. Your job is to create the container and then largely get out of the way. The silence is the work. Trust it.

Participants: 3 people + you online

Duration: 1 hour 15 minutes

Materials needed: Paper, pen or anything to mark with (colours if they have them)


The Arc

Arrival → Permission → Into the body → Expression → Witnessed → Integration → Close


ARRIVAL — 10 mins

Open cameras. Let it be imperfect. Backgrounds, lighting — none of it matters today and say so.

Say this, or close to it:

"Today we're not going to use language to process. We're going to let something else lead. All you need is paper and whatever you have to mark it with. There is no right way to do this. If you draw one line the whole time, that's complete."

Then name the weariness directly:

"I also want to name — if some part of you is tired of doing inner work, that's welcome here too. We're not going to push past that today. We're going to be with it."

Then hold one full minute of silence. Just sit. Cameras on. Let it land.


GROUNDING — 8 mins

Lead a minimal body arrival. Voice slow, lots of pauses.
